At first, I was just a student, looking for a way to support myself through school. I never imagined I’d fall in love with this work — the systems, the strategy, the feeling of making someone else’s vision flow.

It started with helping my parents run the admin side of their business. I didn’t have a title then, but I had a sense for how to bring order to moving pieces. By the time I turned 19, I applied for my first role as a virtual assistant in the real estate industry… and never looked back.

Now, with over 4 years of experience supporting top real estate professionals and coaching CEOs, I’ve learned this:
